### Validate an agent configuration in a pull request

In CI, lint the agent configuration and run a scripted call against a dedicated
test agent using a masked test credential. Assert the expected tool invocation,
handoff outcome, and redacted transcript markers, but never upload real call
audio or customer data. Publish the test result as a PR artifact and require a
separate promotion step before the tested configuration reaches a live number.
