# Canva Debug Bundle
## Overview
Collect diagnostic information for Canva Connect API issues. Tests connectivity to `api.canva.com/rest/v1/*`, validates OAuth tokens, checks rate limits, and packages evidence for support tickets.
## Prerequisites
- Incident-owner approval, access to protected redacted telemetry, and an encrypted access-controlled evidence destination.
- A scoped incident/request reference; diagnostic collection must not enumerate users, designs, assets, or tokens.

## Output
The bundle contains redacted platform/client versions, endpoint/status categories, opaque request references, and incident timestamps plus a checksum and expiry. It excludes OAuth material, design/user data, signed URLs, raw payloads, and full headers.
## Examples
For one authorization failure, collect the client version, timestamp, redacted 401 category, and trace reference; encrypt the archive and share only with approved responders. Remove it under the incident retention policy and do not add a token or design export merely to make the bundle more complete.
## Sensitive Data Handling
**ALWAYS REDACT before sharing:**
- Access tokens and refresh tokens
- Client secrets
- User IDs (if privacy-sensitive)
**Safe to include:**
- HTTP status codes and error messages
- Response headers (rate limit info)
- Latency measurements
- SDK/runtime versions
