### 3. Cross-Referencing and Risk Identification

## Technical Architecture
### Execution Model: Two-Phase Design
**Phase 1 — Probe** (Single Command):
Gathers repository vitals in one call:
- Total commit count (`git rev-list --count HEAD`)
- First and latest commit dates
- Branch count (`git branch -a | wc -l`)
**Phase 2 — Parallel Analysis** (7 Independent Commands):

5. **No File Content Analysis**: The skill analyzes only git metadata (file changes, commit messages, dates). It does not analyze code content, complexity, test coverage, or dependencies.
6. **Terminal Rendering Assumption**: Report is designed for terminal output. No structured JSON or programmatic API for consuming results downstream.
7. **Single Active-Contributor Window**: The 3-month window for "active contributors" is fixed regardless of repo size, which may not accurately reflect "currently active" in high-velocity projects with seasonal variations.
