# Sequential Tool Integration and Data Routing

## When to use
When you have raw LC-HRMS metabolomics data in .mzML or .abf format that requires sequential peak detection and feature identification followed by statistical annotation, and you need to enforce deterministic tool chaining with version-controlled containerization to make results reproducible across different computational platforms (macOS, Linux, HPC clusters).
## When NOT to use
- Input data is already in processed feature-table format (e.g., peak-picked CSV or aligned feature matrix); the workflow targets raw .mzML/.abf chromatographic data.
