Instead of creating duplicate or variant skills, this workflow ensures proper integration of existing skills into the current research session while maintaining repository consistency and knowledge base completeness.

## Core Workflow Steps
### 1. Verify Paper Has Existing Skill
Check if the paper already exists in the ai_collection repository:

If count > 0, proceed with integration workflow instead of skill creation.
### 2. Sync Skill to Local Environment
Copy the existing skill from repository to local skills directory:

### 3. Update Current INDEX.md
Add the paper entry to the current date's section in INDEX.md:
- Locate current neuroscience section header
- Insert properly formatted entry with title, skill link, description, core要点, and activation keywords
- Follow exact formatting used by existing entries
### 4. Commit Repository Changes
