2. Channels broadcast; groups discuss.
3. Secret chats for end-to-end encryption.
4. Respect rate limits and user privacy.

## Workflow / Process
1. **Clarify** — confirm the goal, constraints, and current state before acting.
2. **Assess** — inspect what exists; find the real problem, not the symptom.
3. **Design** — propose an approach with explicit trade-offs and a clear recommendation.
4. **Execute** — implement in small, verifiable steps using Telegram conventions.
5. **Verify** — validate against bot responds correctly and channels/groups behave as configured.

## Best practices
- Use BotFather to create/manage bots and tokens.
- Use webhooks or long polling appropriately.
- Leverage inline keyboards/commands for UX.
- Handle rate limits and store tokens securely.

## Anti-patterns
- Hardcoding/exposing bot tokens.
- Polling when webhooks fit (or vice versa).
- Ignoring rate limits → throttling.
