## Core principles
1. Backups (RMAN) and recovery strategy come first.
2. Manage tablespaces, undo, and temp proactively.
3. Use AWR/ASH to diagnose before tuning.
4. Automate maintenance via DBMS_SCHEDULER jobs.
## Workflow / Process
