**判断标准**:实验目标明确,具有可验证的假设和可衡量的指标。
**输出**:一个清晰的“实验设计方案”。
2. **步骤**:为实验设计一个有限的时间周期和具体的执行动作。以“项目心态”推进,分配必要资源(如时间、工具)。
**判断标准**:执行计划具体、可操作,且有明确的起止时间。
**输出**:一份详细的“实验执行计划”。
