NFT operations for Chia NFT1 standard.

## Endpoints

### Query NFTs

## Notes

- Royalty is in ten-thousandths: 300 = 3%, 500 = 5%
- `did_id: null` in `assign_nfts_to_did` unassigns from DID
- Minting requires a DID for provenance
