CAT (Chia Asset Token) operations.

## Endpoints

### Query CATs

## Notes

- CAT amounts are in the token's smallest unit (no decimals)
- `include_hint` adds the asset_id to help receivers identify the token
- Asset IDs are 64-character hex strings
