   - Read daily plans/reviews

   - Progress toward goals

3. **Identify patterns:**
   - Wins this week
   - Challenges encountered
   - Energy/motivation levels
   - Time well spent vs. wasted

4. **Set next week focus:**

   - Strategic focus area
