# Structuring Structured Equity Instruments

3. **Model economic outcomes across scenarios**
- Build a waterfall model showing distributions at 3-5 exit valuations (e.g., 0.5x, 1.0x, 2.0x, 3.0x, 5.0x entry valuation)
