# Story Brief

## Workflow

1. Read `../../references/CORE_CONTRACT.md`, `STYLE_RULES.md`, and `OUTPUT_TEMPLATES.md`.
2. Extract what the user already decided. Do not interview when enough information exists.
3. Write `00_project/brief.md` using the creative brief template.
4. Distinguish `must include`, `must avoid`, and `open decisions`.
5. Keep premise and dramatic question concrete enough to test later scenes against them.

## Done

The brief lets another agent state what is being made, for whom, at what scale, and under what constraints without rereading the chat.
